First Prize – one from each group
Second Prize – one from each group
Third Prize – one from each group
Consolation Prizes – all other finalists (five from each group).

Description of Prizes:

1. First Prize – Each member of the team will get
  (i)   a trip to ISRO and IISc, Bangalore
(ii)  a deep space astronomical telescope – D75

D75 astronomical reflector telescopes make the night sky’s treasures accessible right from the backyard. They will reveal Saturn’s picturesque rings, Jupiter’s moons, and the incredibly cratered terrain of our own Moon’s surface. Their 3" diameter (75mm) primary mirror, Focal length 750mm (f/10) gathers enough light to snare the faint glows of some very exotic star clusters and nebulas!
(iii)    a set of books (different for each member of the team).

3.
Third Prize – Each member of the team will get
(i)    a Skyview - Astro Terrestrial Telescope
Sky View - Astro Terrestrial Telescope with table top stand has a 45mm achromatic lens that gives you sharp, crisp images. The combinations of 2 eyepieces and Barlow lens gives you a range of magnification of 20x, 40x and 80x and a sturdy mount makes the images steady without any vibrations.
This is a great way for glimpses of lunar craters, Saturn's rings, Jupiter's moons, star clusters, and bright nebulas.
(ii)     a set of books (different for each member of the team).

4.
Consolation Prizes – Each member of the team will get
(i) a Tele-Micro Penscope
Draw out chrome finished focusing tube and you have a 10x Telescope to spy distant objects. Remove the main tube and it turns into good 25x Microscope. With 14mm diameter tube of 125mm length (235mm when extended) it serves up crisp, clear images for focus of 20" to infinity. Fits in the pocket like a pen.
