has been decided that teams from schools outside Delhi
be allowed to participate in the competition under the
following conditions: |

1.
The final presentation will be in Delhi only. If the team
is selected for the final presentation then participants
have to come to Delhi on their own expenses. MSF will
not bear any travel and local expenses including team's
stay in Delhi. |

2.
If the team wins the first prize then the trip will be
from Delhi to Bangalore and then back to Delhi. All the
expenses made by the team members for coming to Delhi
and going back from Delhi to their place will not be paid
by MSF. |

would like to know if we can take help of a teacher who doesn’t
teach in our school? |

It is not
necessary to have a mentor. But if you do have a mentor, he/she
has to be from your school. WE WILL HELP YOU AS LONG AS IT IS
FAIR TO OTHER TEAMS. |

we appeal the decision of the Jury? |

All decisions
of the MSF Jury will be considered final and binding on all
participating teams. |

“TEAM
A/B (STRIKE ONE OFF) " means that if you are in group A(class
IX/X) then put a tickmark on A and strikeoff B (class XI/XII)
and if you are in group B then put a tickmark on B and strikeoff

Fill the
application
form get it signed from your Principal and send
it along with a cheque of Rs.200 (participation fees for one
team) to the following address

A receipt
for the fees paid will be sent to the school Principal. Also
an acknowledgement letter will be sent to the team leader through
email. The letter will contain a registration number assigned

The solution has to be sent to us in the form of a project report.
In addition, if selected for the finals, you will have to be
prepared to present your paper to the Jury. The format of the
presentation can be of your choice. |

allowed to use computers as an aid. Any programming done must
be explicitly stated as part of the project report and the code
included.How you solve the problem is what the contest is all
about. You are welcome to use whatever computer aids you need.
The substitution cipher is the main problem. Extend/expand -
do what you want. Note : Student will be responsible for arrangement of compilers for their developed programs. |
