| Prof. Vitali Milman is an eminent
Analyst. Currently a Professor at the Tel-Aviv University, he
has been the President of the Israel Mathematical Union and
a member of the “Atiyah” committee of Tel-Aviv University.

| He holds several important positions including being the advisor
to the Ministry of Science on the Immigration of Scientists
and a member of the European Math Union. He is on the editorial
boards of several reputed journals. Prof. Milman received the
Landau Prize in Mathematics in the year 2002. He has published
over a 150 scientific publications, a monograph and eleven edited
books. He has delivered lectures at many universities like the
MIT, IAS Princeton, Berkeley, IHES Paris, Cambridge etc. |
