Rules and Instructions

  

Please read the following instructions and rules carefully:

  
   
  1. Admission to the Internship Programme is subject to MSF receiving the fully completed registration form by the due date.

  2. The participant on signing the registration form binds her/himself to follow all rules and instructions given here.
  3. The fully completed registration form must reach MSF latest by 5:00 PM, 10 Oct 2009.

  4. The form must be accompanied by a passport size photograph which should be pasted on the space provided in the form. Please send the form by speed post/courier. The form must be complete in all respects and be signed by the participant. Please send the form to

  5. It is compulsory to attend all the classes and trips (if any) related to the projects.

  6. The classes will be held at N91 (First Floor), Greater Kailash Part I, New Delhi 110048. The changes in the venue (if any) will be intimated and the participant will have to follow.

  7. MSF will not provide any pickup or drop facility. The participant has to arrange for her/his own transportation.

  8. No change in the projects or the work assigned to the participants will be entertained.

  9. The participant will be required to send a weekly report of the work done on the projects by her/him.

  10. No stipend or expenses will be paid if, for any reason, the participant is not able to complete the work assigned to her/him or the work done is found unsatisfactory. Moreover the participant will also be expelled from the programme.

  11. Expelled participants as well as those that choose to leave midway will not receive any stipend or any other expense or the certificate of participation.

  12. Participants will receive a cheque ‘payable at par’ in Delhi. The participant must ensure filling up of the particulars of the person in whose name the cheques are to be made, in the registration form.

  13. The intellectual property rights for any method or software or other output of the programme shall vest with MSF.

  14. MSF reserves the right to modify any rule or instruction or formulate new rules to ensure smooth and academic functioning of the programme. Every participant will be bound by these rules.
